📄 Service Agreement

By enrolling in Skin Nutrition Essentials, you agree to the following terms:

Course Provider: Functional Nutrition Skin Institute Inc. ("FNSI")
Student: The individual completing this purchase

Course Details:

• Live 8-week program beginning September 15th, 2025 and ending November 17, 2025 (extra week for Canadian Thanksgiving).

• Live sessions will be recorded and available in your student dashboard

• Includes lifetime access to course content, downloads, and replays

Payment Terms:

• One-time payment required to enroll

• Payment plans are available upon request prior to checkout

• A 100% refund is provided until Friday, September 5, 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Transfers & Cancellations:

• No cancellations or mid-course withdrawals.

• You may transfer your enrollment to another licensed skincare professional before the course start date.

Usage & Access:

• You are granted lifetime access to all course materials.

• Handouts and tools may be reused in your own professional practice.

Community & Conduct:

• Q&A support available inside the private course community chat.

• Live sessions will be hosted via Zoom; attendance is expected and encouraged.

• All students are expected to be kind, courteous, and professional—bullying, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
