📄 Service Agreement

By enrolling in Advanced Skin Nutrition, you agree to the following terms:

Course Provider: Functional Nutrition Skin Institute Inc. ("FNSI")
Student: The individual completing this purchase

Course Details:

• Live 8-week program running date TBD

• Includes one week off to observe the Family Day holiday (no live class that Monday)

• Live sessions will be recorded and available in your student dashboard

• Includes lifetime access to course content, downloads, and replays

Payment Terms:

• Course tuition: $1497 USD Paid in Full or two monthly payments of $799 USD for the Payment Plan.

• One-time payment due at checkout.

• Payment plans available due monthly.

• All course enrollments are final sale, and we are unable to offer refunds.

Transfers & Cancellations:

• No cancellations or withdrawals once enrolled.

• You may transfer your enrollment to another licensed skincare professional before the course start date.

Usage & Access:

• You are granted lifetime access to all course materials.

• Handouts and tools may be reused in your own professional practice.

Community & Conduct:

• Q&A support is available in the private course community chat.

• Live sessions are hosted via Zoom; attendance is expected.

• Please be kind and respectful—no bullying, hate speech, or unprofessional behavior will be tolerated.
